What cookies and similar technologies the TravelBookingWidgets website uses, what they do, and how you can control them. This policy describes what actually loads today.
1. Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. We also use browser local storage, which works similarly but is kept by your browser rather than sent with requests. "Strictly necessary" items are those needed to run the site or record your preferences; anything used for measurement needs your consent.

3. What we do not use
- No advertising or ad-tech cookies, and no cross-site profiling.
- No video or social embeds on the marketing site.
- No session recording today: Microsoft Clarity is wired in our code but is NOT enabled — no Clarity script or cookie loads for visitors.
4. Consent — how the gate works
Google Analytics 4 does not load — no script is requested, no cookie is set — unless you have allowed analytics in our consent panel. The panel appears on every public page of our site until you make a choice, and "Cookie settings" in the footer of any page reopens it at any time. Accepting starts analytics in the same visit; declining keeps it off.
The strictly necessary and functional items above (your consent preference itself, and the theme cookie) do not require consent and are never blocked. Analytics cookies are not strictly necessary, so your choice comes first. Session and login cookies for the operator app are strictly necessary and are unaffected by the panel.
5. Managing your choices
- Use the "Cookie settings" control in the footer of any page to record or change your preference.
- All browsers let you block or delete cookies per site; local storage can be cleared in your browser's site-data settings.
- Google offers its own analytics opt-out (Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on / Ads Settings).
6. International transfers
Analytics data is processed by Google in the US and globally under Google's own terms. See our Privacy Notice for how international transfers are safeguarded.
7. Changes
We will update this page when the site-wide consent gate ships, when we enable or remove any technology listed above, and whenever our status note no longer reflects reality.
