How TravelBookingWidgets collects, uses and protects personal data for operators and their guests.
1. Data we collect
Account details (name, work email, workspace), billing information processed by Pesapal, and booking data submitted through your embedded widgets. We do not sell personal data.
2. How we use it
To provide the service, process subscriptions, send transactional notifications, and improve the product. Guest booking data is processed on your behalf as your processor.
3. Sharing & subprocessors
We share data only with subprocessors required to run the service (hosting, payments, email). A current list is available on request.
4. Your rights
You may access, correct, export or delete your data. Workspace deletion is soft-deleted for 30 days before permanent removal.
5. Retention & security
Data is retained for the life of your account and encrypted in transit and at rest. Report security concerns to security@travelbookingwidgets.com.
