How the booking widget gets added

This page explains the install flow without exposing exact embed code. Generated install details are available only after login.

Demo widget: Safari Trails Demo Widget. Use this sample name when walking a prospect through the setup flow.

1Create the widget

Inside your account, create a booking widget such as "Safari Trails Demo Widget" and choose the flow you want visitors to use.

This is where the real widget name, workspace, layout and public settings are saved.

2Match your website

Set the brand colour, logo, currency, copy, package rules and visible modules so the widget feels native on your site.

The public help page shows the process only; the exact install details are generated after login.

3Add it to your site

Use the logged-in Widget settings page to copy the generated install option for your website builder, developer or hosted booking button.

Most teams add the embedded widget to their booking or rates page, then test one enquiry from the live site.
Logged-in operators can retrieve their generated website install option from Widget settings once the workspace is ready.
